About the
Virtual Event

Work is central to our lives and as it gets redefined by artificial intelligence and other forces, nothing is as important as being informed and provided with tools to thrive in the coming transformation. Yet a sea change is upon us—a change so monumental that it is making us re-invent the traditional ideas of where work is done, when work is done, why work is done, and even what work itself is.

Join a very special conversation with award-winning author and executive Rishad Tobaccowala on three big ideas: 1) Why we need to rethink work and the factors that are causing traditional structures and styles to be ineffective; 2) specific analysis on the ways in which work needs to be rethought; and 3), what we can do about it—the steps that organizations can take to change themselves so they’ll be prepared for the Great Rethinking.

AI is already disrupting every industry and every job role. Whether you’re invested in your own career future or a leader responsible for how work must be reshaped for future organizational and individual thriving, please don’t miss this important conversation.

Rishad is also chairman of The Tobaccowala Foundation, which helps over 10,000 people gain better access to health and education in India. Tobaccowala holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Bombay and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
